Either way. The gundo are staying on my car as I no longer have rasp and I just have a crisp sound when blipping the throttle on downshifts and WOT. I still have yet to have someone drive my car and listen to it from the outside

Consider yourself lucky...except for any money your are out. I got tired of loud mufflers back in 1960. That's when I learned the difference between the sound of the engine and the sound of the exhaust. These days when someone goes by making obscene noise, I throw rocks at the car. Learn to listen to your engine and you won't have to turn up the volume.
