These will be on the car hopefully by the beginning of June. It's my 30th birthday present to myself. I can't wait. What do you guys think?

So you have fake PCCB's now? Or is that the hybrid brake caliper color? So many brake colors, I get confused.

*edit* Yeah, that's the e-hybrid caliper color. OP, is there a backstory?

On the plus side, you should be able to get away with Cayenne/Panamera badging now...

Color match?

Meh. Looks like a good job, but not my thing.

The important part is that you like it when you get it all on the car.

Those look great. Need some pics of them on the car when you finish.

Well, the 996 DOES have several electric motors...radiators, starter, AC, SAI, engine bay fan. I think it's a hybrid. It even has a battery and a way to recharge it while driving. Definitely a hybrid.

Now we just need a thread about someone who wants to convert their M96 to natural gas

There is a thread in RLOTPC you might want to join in with that view point

Hahahahahaha. I'm shooting for 50+ combined miles per gallon with the natural gas motor, the electric motor, and the gas motor I have.

The color is from the Porsche e hybrid cars. N knack story, I just personally just like the color. I know it's a personal thing and if I like it thats all that matters but just looking to get some other opinions. I have the same color on my cayenne and it looks pretty cool. I still have the red ones on the car.

Not really digging it on the Cayenne but I think it will be a good contrasting color on your blue C4S. I actually think it would look better than the red on there on that color.

Nice thing about that mod is that if you decide you don't like them in the end, then you can just repaint 'em. Nothing really lost. It's your car and these cars were meant to be fun and modded, so give it a try.

Oh, and I just figured out what that first picture is of - I thought it was your original sample of just painting a business card or something to see the color. Duh.

I'm for colored calipers (or is that calibers Schnelly? ), but certain colors have special meaning in the Porsche world and I don't like the color used if that's not what it is (e.g. red on a non-Turbo or S car).

But then I put a Turbo bumper on my diesel P!g, so my opinion doesn't count for ****. Even with me

Every post I read from you I find entertaining, I don't know why. But I do get that. It's near the same playing field as someone putting a gt3 emblem on the back of their basic 911 with the aero package. Dammit. I just like the color ok?! Haha. Hopefully once their on the car it'll pull it all together.

And yes that's the S emblem on the back of the car. I figured maybe tie it all together with that. We'll see soon enough

Also gnat, what year is the pig? I looked into the turbo front end conversion for the 957 but the led markers won't be functional.
