Default Porsche Polish

Has anyone tried the polish/wax you get in the Porsche tequipment car care kit?

Any good/bad experiences?

thanks

I have only used P21S and Pinnacle on my car and Klasse all-in-one on my wheels. These provide incredible results. I'm sure others use Zaino, but the prep and time required would kill me.

I used it originally, but have switched to Zaino. It went on and off easily, left a nice shine, but did not seem to last long at all. One wash seemed to take the finish away.

I've used Zymol Carbon also. Good product. I found it a little harder to take off than the Porsche and Zaino products and it seemed to last longer than Porsche but not as long as Zaino.

The Porsce wax that comes in the tequipment car care kit is the best bug and tar remover I've ever used, but not a great wax... I use Zaino for that.

I use the Porsche polish for normal waxing. I used to use P21S exclusivly which has a much deeper shine, but it attract dust too easily. I still use P21S if I want to take pics or really show off the car for someone. The Porsche polish looks fine though and it goes on and off very quickly, but like someone else mentioned you need to use it pretty much everytime you wash.

For the last 15 years, I'd used nothing but Zymol on my Porsches. The downside is it a bit of a pain to apply & remove, and it doesn't last very long. So about 6 months ago I tried One Grand Blitz wax, and like it alot. Easy application--apply it to the entire car, then buff off. And it last a long time. Great for a daily driver. Just be careful to keep it away from the black rubber--it doesn't come off very easily.
