Default New Elephant Racing Chassis / Strut brace

This has been brewing for a number of years. We wanted a chassis brace that would triangulate the front trunk area for added torsional stiffness. Think 935 racecar chassis brace.

Easy enough. But just to make it interesting, we decided to integrate into the trim and upholstery such that it looks like it belongs.

Well this just moved up to the top of my mod list for the summer.

Any chance of a group buy on this here?

I can definitely see this as a must have for 996.1 C2 owners with the weaker front tub.

There is no spare in the picture. Is that because you can no longer get the spare in/out with the brace?

The spare is out to save weight.

The spare does fit with the brace but the brace must be removed to get at it. The brace has quick release pins so it can be removed easily and without tools.

Thank you for clarifying! It's a very nice piece. Just wanted to make sure before I added it to the wishlist.
