Switch on fuse cover

Guys,

On my 2000 Gen 1 GT3 ClubSport there is a little square black switch (looks like a window switch) on the fuse cover. Any idea what this is? Will take photo and post if nobody knows from top of their head.

According to the Drivers Manual its the manual control for the rear spoiler. I have a fixed rear wing like you so it does not serve any function.
