That looks just like the Porsche pedal set that I bought at Suncoast Parts.

look on ebay , theres several brands that are all the same, they are chinese

I believe those can be identified, from the left to right, as the foot-rest (a.k.a dead pedal), clutch, brake and gas pedals. But I'm sure someone has already beat me to that punchline. :-)
