Car is put up for the winter, but that didn't stop me from installing a GT3 tail on my 996. Should provide sufficient downforce for the occasional track day. Here are some pics:
Nice! What did you put under the tires to prevent flatspotting while in storage? I can't find any carpet squares and was thinking of cardboard, but don't know if that will really do anything.
I usually just add 5 to 7 lbs of air to prevent flat spotting
I thought about getting the car on four jack stands but with the warm weather I have kept driving it.

Seriously? Just go to a carpet/flooring store and ask for a carpet remnant. Then cut it into four squares.
I pump the tires up to 50 lbs, and sitting on a piece of carpet usually prevents or minimizes flatspots in the Spring. If they do get a little flatspot, just drive it in warm conditions and the tires will get round again after a few miles.
I highly recommend the front splitter as well. First track day you will quickly find out why. It's a fairly simple process and there are good videos out there.

Already been to several track days. Added the GT3 wing as I didn't have quite enough rear downforce with the other wing:

I've been to couple of carpet stores already asking for scraps. They all told me they are thrown away at the construction site. BS. I know how to park a car for the winter, but I was looking for alternatives to carpet since I'm running into problems sourcing scraps.
