This is a six-speed manual AWD transmission from a 2005 Porsche 996 C4S with 42,000 miles.

This transmission includes a Porsche Cup limited slip differential, which is ideal for track use but may be a bit too noisy for a daily driver.

This transmission will also fit in a 996 Porsche (1999-2004) RWD model or a 997.1 RWD model (2005-2008). (The shifter cable must be routed to the opposite side of the box on the 997.1, and the front-wheel drive shaft is not connected.)

Fully operational. Runs great. This is a rare German-built transmission from one of just 4,012 996 C4S cars built in 2005, the last year of production for this particular model. The 997 model was released the same year and had the Japanese-built Aisin transmission.
