Is he experiencing the issue in the same underground parking area? I would actually try a different underground garage just see if it's repeatable.
It doesn't matter what garage - doesn't happen at home - just commercial underground garages sitting between 3-7 hrs

Hi guys,
recently changed fuel pressure sensor - appears to have helped fix the issue.
Will update soon.
