I have included a vid, the noise sounds lighter than it does in the video, and is gone when the engine is revved, sometimes it will go very quiet then comes back.

When the engine is shut off you hear a sound like a chain wrapping the engine once, like a clunk. its mostly on the RH bank. if I touch the pump housing and listen on the RH bank I can hear it more.

Engine pulls great, and the tail pipes are clean.

I have tried a new RH chain tensioner under the AC.

Check if the spark plugs are all tight and also inspect the cylinder walls for scoring using a borescope.

The shut down noise is common and harmless. Keep the clutch depressed when you shut down the engine and the noise should be gone.

Thoughts on tapping noise.
My understanding is the shut down noise is clutch/flyhwheel related but I have not verified that personally.

For engine noise issues, it helps to get a mechanics stethoscope to poke around.
