i like to be fair and gnat gets first crack at it - if gnat's guy has not looked at it by monday next week, local fellow brad is next in line
thanks to all for your kind remarks.

barn - we have a beach house on a private island about 30 minutes n of seattle - great funky little place we've owned for sometime - purchased from an estate and was a fixer.
years ago i restored this 28' uniflite salty dog(1st photo) - single diesel with bow thruster and it came in handy for cruising as well as taking materials to work on the house
i sold the salty dog 6 yrs ago because we wanted something smaller to beach - outboard was really the only answer so i got the 18' bell boy in next photo - cool deco color and great little runabout
me and wife would now like to cruise a bit as well as the ability to beach boat - the 30' luhrs alura has a keel which protects the prop when beached - mainship makes an identical boat but BOTH are extremely hard to find on the west coast - 100's for sale on east coast and mexico.
guy who owns the boat is currently in alaska and can't do a deal until he returns - my wife is restricting my toy allotment so porsche must go since it's #3 - of course after seversal dinners out and my cunning ways i'll be back in a C4S or turbo soon

Hey gnat and Valkuri, "Kiss my ****!"
Did I get that right Hurdi?

Groovzilla, there was another string wherein the OP was looking at a C4s versus a C2. Hope he has PMd you, as your car seems a better opportunity for him than what else he's considering.

since "ignat" requested i show the car to other perspective buyers (since his friend who lives in seattle couldn't look at car until later this week) second in line was local buyer/RL member "studlee" who purchased the porsche C4S last night.
thanks for everyone's interest.
