The car has some things that bear looking into further...
1. The wheels do not look color matched (white) as per the option sheet. They look like the regular silver. What happened to the stock wheels?
2. The crests on the wheels aren't painted as per the option sheet, those are the standard black crests
3. It's missing at least the little seatbelt mounting point cover for one of the back seats (no biggie, but points to less than fastidious ownership).
4. That is some heavy bolster wear/creasing for a car with only 30k+ miles on it. Mine look much less worn than that with over twice the mileage. (of course I'm speaking from the vantage point of the far superior 996...)
5. And lastly, I am no particular expert on the 993 and do not wish to throw any aspersion on it (so please verify for yourself), my understanding is that the 1995's in particular have recurring issues with the check engine light (emissions related) that appears to be extremely difficult if not impossible to fix once and for all (as opposed to model year 1996 and newer). Again, maybe this issue is the IMS of the 993 world and no big deal and I may be full of crap but in my research this came up as an issue over and over again back when I was looking. Perhaps it has been solved in the meantime but something to look into.

1. They look white to me.
2. Fine, but really, its a $100 set of caps, no big deal.
3. Its a 20 year old used car. a missing piece of plastic is hardly indicative of a bigger issue.
4. Those are big bolsters, again, 20 years of in and out will cause some wear. Not hugely terrible.
5. 95s are OBD I and do not get check engine lights from the SAI. The later cars have this issue, but its hardly unsolvable.
That said, this is a low price for a car in good shape. I would guess its had an accident or paintwork at some point. It might also be a bit rough around the edges. If you're local, go look at it, do a PPI if you're interested, normal caveats apply.
