If it really mattered that much just take the air filter off and run a screen. Cheaper, at least in the short term.



Actually, anyone ever put one of these on a dyno with the filter off?

 

Who makes these intakes? Or are they both custom?

There are some great YouTube videos debunking the claimed benefits of most CAI set-ups. I'll see if I can locate a link later on but one includes multiple dyno runs to show how a variety of installations still result in no real noticeable gains. I've got an EvoMS box on my car that basically looks like this...



I don't know whether it does anything but it sounds great. I like the idea of renaming them as Schnell suggested! lol

I like on the second pic they did all that work but didn't take out that dumb box or the stock intake boot...
