Hello Rennlist,

I got my first Porsche a week ago. 2003 911 C2, 6spd, Grey, 90k miles
My two boys and I flew out to PHX and drove it back to DFW.
Everything is going well so far, just a few little areas of attention are needed.
Just wanted to reach out as I will be looking for advice and technical assistance soon.

Thanks,

Paul

I am in the DFW area. They just started a Porsche only Cars and Coffee. I haven't yet attended. There is also a PCA track event in September (http://mav.pca.org/Events/DE.asp) The 3.1 at Cresson is tons of fun. I can also tell you which shop I have had good luck with and one not so good luck with. Just PM me. Congrats.

Did the PO change out the IMS bearing? If not, you should flatbed it to Dallas and get a reputable Indy change it out immediately. I wouldn't gaze at the car until that is done, much less drive it.
