Default Interior Color Question

What color is my interior?

According to the PO's this is a Savannah Beige interior. I am trying to replace the steering wheel and redyed a black one with Savannah Beige from Leatherworld. Doesn't appear to be a match to me. I still have to put on some kind of treatment after this cures for 72 hours but I can't see it changing this much.

Somebody enlighten me.

It looks like it could be Savanna Beige. It does darken some over time, so you can't expect a 12 -15 yr. old interior to be the same color as new. That being said, the stuff that I've refinished with LW savanna beige dye is a very close match for my interior. Porsche made a bunch of slightly different beige interiors - you should have a code for it on your options sticker in the "frunk" (I think it's SP after the paint code). The big question for me is how much lighter your carpet is...My carpet is much closer to the color of my seats/dash... Good luck

Looks like you are trying to get rid of the wood trim. Why not just replace the wood with carbon fiber or if you dont like that look just have it wraped with alcantara in the same color as your interior.

I don't differentiate between coolers very well so when I was spraying this I didn't notice. I don't really think it is all just due to the patina. The carpet is a huge difference

God gave us cows so steering wheels could be leather or suede. End of discussion.

It is pumpkin! Use pumpkin juice to dye your steering wheel. It will come out perfect.

Some leathers darken considerably with age, UV exposure, etc. I upgraded the steering wheel on my 996 with Natural Brown Leather interior and I experienced something similar to the photo above. After about a year, it darkened too and the match was much closer.

The new steering wheel would drive me crazy personally. It seems off compared to the rest.

Age or not, those are two different colours.

So, I guess my answer of brown with brown polka dots would be wrong
