Default Thoughts Regarding a new C2 Cab

I'm very close to going forward on a deal trading in my beloved '01 Seal Grey Boxster on an '03 C2 Cab. I had planned on keeping my Boxster until it stopped running but because my wife needs my help hauling kids I need a backseat. I considered one of the new Range Rovers, a Cayenne (I actually like them - especially the view from the front) but my wife and I both realized that there's no way I'd be happy in either of them after experiencing the exhiliration of a Porsche - especially top-down. So, the only car that gave me the back seats I needed plus the thrills I required was a 911 Cab. In my part of the country, I don't really need the C4 cab, and I can't lose any trunk space. So, I set out looking for a C2 cab.

After some negotiating, here's the deal I'm looking at; oh BTW, I have not gotten 'the letter;'

2001 Boxster, Sport Package, 17" wheels, Porsche rear speaker kit, Litronics, OBC hack, Becker audio out hack (for iPod), 26k miles, excellent condition, all books and records, $29,000 trade in allowance (payoff is $21k).

2003 C2 Cab:

Triple black
Full leather
Lumbar support - left seat
18" Turbo Look II wheels
Aluminum look package - large
Black mats - Porsche lettering
Delete Cabriolet hardtop
Porsche Windstop
Wheel caps with colored crest
Xenon headlamp package
Power seat package
Bose high end sound package

MSRP: $91,045, discounted $10k to $81,045.

I'm also going to tell the dealer to throw in (at no charge) the CD changer installed, and perhaps negotiate a deal on adding back in the hardtop. As it stands now, without these extras, what do you think of the deal?
