Are all the stock tail lights smoked or does it depend on the paint color? Mine is dark blue and had smoked tail lights and I'm thinking of replacing them with Dectane units, which could be clear or smoked. I have Hella smoked side markers instead of the stock orange ones and I'm not sure that the combo of smoked and dark blue works (on a black car it would be great).

 

I put the clear Depo/Dectane lights on my dark green car and I like the look better than the smoked OEM's

 

Those look great. Were 99's the only models with the amber top half?

 

I think so, mine are orange. It adds HP.

 

I like that a lot. I think clear looks good on dark colors. Where did you purchase?
