New 996 C2 owner
Hi all,
Just thought I'd introduce myself now I've joined this forum. I'm a member on a uk forum but seems to be a lot more information etc on here.
Been looking at 911's on and off for a few years now and talked a friend into selling his to me last month as I knew how well it had been cared for.
Manual 2002 Carrera 2 with 74k miles
Koni shocks and H&R springs
Porsche Sports Exhaust
Bose
Aerokit
Have been enjoying it so far but also sorted out a few niggles:
Corrected the front bumper alignment
Fitted the clips and screws to the bottom of the skirts
Removed and restuck the door trim plates
2 new front tyres and alignment
Oil pressure switch (gauge wandered up and down randomly at constant revs)
Future jobs are:
Rebolt the exhaust flanges (current captive nuts corroded away)
Water pump (probably due around this mileage)
Check coil packs
Few pics taken on a recent drive out.
And a few other random ones.
