Default Fabspeed Product Highlight: Porsche 996 Carrera Sport Cat X-Pipe and Maxflo Exhaust

Fabspeed Porsche 993 Carrera Sport Cat X-Pipe

Our Fabspeed Sport Cat X-Pipe makes a solid +25whp and +32ft-lbs of torque. Our Fabspeed Sport Cat X-Pipe uses a German manufactured 200-cell tri-metallic HJS Sport Catalytic Converters that are easily the best on the market. The best and most unique fact about our Sport Cat X-Pipe is that it is modular, so it gives you the ability to swap out the HJS 200-Cell Cats for our Fabspeed Catbypass Pipes. They are held securely together by Accuseal Clamps. We were able to swap out our Fabspeed Sport Cats with our Fabspeed Catbypass Pipes on our Chassis Dyno without using a lift. It is a quick and easy process that is painless to install.

Our 996 Sport Cat X-Pipe is fabricated from cast stainless steel with a laser cut window in between the X. The X-Pipe creates a vacuum that helps increase exhaust velocity through the X portion of the piping. The radius in the X-Pipe is CNC Mandrel Bent and is not over cheated which produces a smooth flow to allow the most efficient exhaust flow possible. All hardware is included for install. We provide (2) Composite Gaskets, (2) Small Button Head Allan Screws, (6) M8x35 13mm Bolts, (6) 13mm Washers, (6) 13mm Copper Lock Nuts, and (2) 2.25” Accuseal Clamps.

To complement our Fabspeed X-Pipe, our Fabspeed Porsche 996 Carrera Maxflo Performance Exhaust System is the perfect way to finish your exhaust system. It Increases power, saves weight, and gives your exhaust that deeper and throatier exhaust note. Our Porsche 996 Carrera Maxflo Performance Exhaust System comes with true dual style tips and will fit all 996 models but the C4S, where you must to reuse your OEM tips.

Our 996 Carrera Maxflo Performance Exhaust System is also constructed of high-quality 14-16 gauge stainless steel piping which is also CNC Mandrel Bent which means no cuts or welds to make any bends in the piping. It is a Direct Bolt-on replacement for the restrictive factory muffler held firmly together by V-band Clamps which are used on Formula 1 and Indy Cars.

Our X-Pipe and the Maxflo exhaust are both backed by our Fabspeed Lifetime Limited Warranty.

To address the elephant in the forum:

I have spoken to Mike personally. The issue that Mike ran into with his Fabspeed parts has been resolved and is now in the past; we are moving forward together. I am personally doing everything that I can to make sure that everything runs smoothly for Mike as well as the rest of our existing customers and all future customers.

The reason I posted this thread is because I am confident that no similar occurrences will arise and I wanted to show off the great product(s) that we have to offer. If Mike or anyone needs anything, you can absolutely feel free to contact me personally via PM, email (anthony@fabspeed.com), or calling in to speak to me (215-646-4945). Fabspeed and I are looking forward to serving everyone here on the forums.

The fact of the matter is that Fabspeed makes a great product. That being said, we never stop trying to improve both our products and our service. I am, and have been, monitoring Rennlist more carefully and have been checking the forums daily to ensure synergy between Fabspeed as a company and our customers. If there are any other questions, please feel free to contact me personally. We stand by our products and we encourage everyone to ask questions and contact us if anything is needed.

Please get in touch with me via PM, email, or phone for more information and great pricing on the whole Fabspeed performance product line.

I believe that all of Cudas issues were resolved by Fabspeed and he is now a happy camper.

Mike believed that customer service was lacking when he ran into some issues with a fabspeed product. Mike has publicly stated that fabspeed stepped up and helped him out and that he is satisfied with the resolution.

I believe, from talking to Mike offline, that Mike's public statements are consistent with his honestly held feelings. I don't think anyone should not buy a fabspeed product based on Mike's experiences with the company. Mike obviously can chime in here and tell me to shut up and how I am wrong if that is the case.

I would caution those of you in the Golden state with smog restrictions to be cautious what aftermarket exhaust products you select, but that isn't unique to fabspeed by any means.
