I don't know why, but dang near every 996 with Fuchs that I see are the all black ones. What's even the point? The two tone Fuchs wheels just look so much better,

I guess it depends on what era you’re trying to harken back to. Only the earliest 911’s had silver. I think they changed to black with the 2.7 liter in 1974. My 87 3.2 had black Fuchs. My 74 911s had black cookie cutters (not Fuchs).

No idea why you'd wrap a cobalt blue c4s but looks decent. PSE, painter console,6 speed and 59k miles for $38k. Wellesley is one of the highest priced zip codes in the country I heard.

I would understand if they wrapped it literally any other color than another shade of blue.

Still Excellent paint protection, and doesn't clash with interior colors so you can do a pure exterior rap. I would have done it exactly like he did, but gloss. But, then again, I'm just a regular guy.

Possibly if you had paint damage and didn't want to pay $ for a quality respray.

That said I've gotten great deals on 2 seller-wrapped cars. Porsche guys won't touch them and sellers don't seem to want to take the risk unwrapping them, so after a while on the market deals can be had. But you need to be confident knowing how to do the unwrap, or know a guy, if that is the plan.

It looks like a nice car, but the price doesn't reflect the resale risk if the paint doesn't survive the unwrap.

3m is supposed to be good for 7 years, however the longer it's on, the risker the unwrap becomes. Also depends if it was garaged or saw sun/seasons.

That Atlas C4S RNM'd on BaT a few months back because the seller basically wouldn't answer or didn't know the answer to question's about the vehicle's history. The car sat for 2 years and the engine that was put in the car also had 50k miles on it. Not saying it isn't potentially a good buy, but it would probably need a lot of attention.
