Is the TT not done like the M96?
The dealer rate will get you with a Lambo every time, but changing 12 plugs on a Murci takes about 45 minutes. Nothing difficult; just reach into engine bay, pop off coil packs, pull plugs then re-install.

996T... awful.

It just boggles my mind that manufacturers do that stuff. Cause it's not like you ever need to change the plugs or anything

When body work has to come off for routine maintenance I think that's a good sign that someone lost the plot.

Dunno, early Ferrari's required engine out service to do tune-up. I think I'd rather take off bodywork than remove a motor, for maintenance items at least.

I think some of the older american cars have so much room in the engine bay that you could install two small 4 stroke engines on each side of the V8.

Umm. I would for sure get a PPI on this since it is just $12.00. That's right $12! They are lucky there isn't a buy it now button.

$12k for 54k miles car seems pretty cheap. If this is indeed a good running car, someone has to jump on it. Heck, I would buy it just because.

Has to be a mistake either way but it doesn't say $12k...It says $12 ...twelve dollars. I am in for a dozen at $12

Update: Window sticker says $24k -

I'm sure there is someone around here that would claim they would still be overpriced. He would then go on about how every one is likely to blow it's motor (though with a bunch of made up acronyms that it may be hard to figure out his point). Then he would question your ability to find the lug nuts as you would be stupid to risk $240k worth of engine rebuilds.

$33k for a TT? Must be a modded out piece of track garbage.

If anyone wants to make a quick buck though I hear there is a guy in the TT forum that will offer you 40 for it sight unseen.

Yeah, that goes without saying. You don't even need to see the car to make that call - it's just junk because it's priced in the $30k's.
