Tell him you'll get one as soon as he can pay the bills for a spark plug job

Edit: There was a newer one at my Indy when we dropped off the 996 for it's coils. Nathan saw it "Yuck! Ugly race car!"

You could've bought the one that KC was selling but it was a rep but your son will never know as long as you don't keep it that long or take incriminating pictures of him in it with the Fiero interior.

Not so much. Didn't care much for the Ferrari either, but there was also a RS America (yes a real one!), a couple of 944 race cars, and some other random Porsches that got an entirely different response. Even worse his mom agreed with him on the RS America

At least the boy has good taste I suppose...

Can you imagine what would happen if he showed the pics to his friends and they're like: "Dude that interior doesn't look right!" And then after he does his research shows up and asks: "So the 911 was not a real 911 was it?" How the f*ck do I respond to that one?!

"Son, you gotta realize I also drove a Prius. Enough said. Now go do your real homework..."

It's less labor than a 996TT.

Must have gone down on the newer cars though. On a Countach it was a painfully expensive process.

Is the TT not done like the M96?

I'm going to look at this one today. Might have a trade worked out for my '61 Buick coupe. If its as good as the pictures it should be a pretty fair deal.

BTW Im a Noob who has been creeping around here for a while trying to get a little education, so thanks all of you.

KC I love your screwbird, I was a VS-32 Mauler.
Went and saw it, not so great. Definitely been repainted and had a lot of orange peel. Seats were very cracked all over on both sides. Coolant was dripping from what i think was the water pump area. Left side wheels had curb rash and the guy kept it running the whole time which makes me think it has a hot start problem. Back on the hunt.

^ That's a lot of car for $9,500. Again, another one for sale at not much more than roller value, although I would think that one's value as a roller is probably closer to $4,000.

I would hop on it if it was a manual. Not too excited about the auto
