Ventilation Display 04 C2

When you turn off the AC is there a way to have the panel completely dark instead of displaying OFF or have I missed that trick since I'm new to the car? Thanks, Ralph

I don't think so.

Two options:
1. Pull the fuse
2. Electrical tape
