The wing is going to fit in the cavity where the pop up spoiler used to be. In order to fit our duck tail you will need to remove the pop up spoiler first then fit the new wing in the hollow area of the deck lid.

Please post a picture directly from the back of the car. Thanks!

The deck lid of the cab and coupe are the same. We will be posting some rear shot pictures later today.

Here are some rear shots, keep in mind we are still block sanding, filling gaps and getting things right.

I have a few questions, is it going to be tall enough to block the 3rd brake light? Are the vents on top gonna be functional and are they gonna have screens? I have a 99, am I gonna need a harness for the indicator light? Is it gonna be possible to get a better price if we get a group buy going? Do you have more pictures of the same angles you just posted except farther away to see what look it gives the overall to the car?

I don't understand this. Every photo posted makes it look different. The second photo makes the spoiler look the best with the most potential. When I saw that one I thought it just needs to be a little bit wider and we have a winner. Those last two photos make the spoiler look way too small, out of place, almost like it was made for a different car. I'm actually at a loss for words. Sorry, but I hate it.

I agree. It should overlap the lid to make it wider. That way your goal of keeping in the oem spoiler location would work while giving it a wider profile to please the crowd.

+1 take a look at the turbo spoiler for what trendy is talking about, it hangs out over the top of the rear lights, partially obscuring them. Otherwise, looks like a very fine mod.

Here's another vote for more pics, preferably of the entire car. One straight on from the back, another from the side. I like the ducktail idea, and it really like the way the 2011 sport design tail looks. I'm hoping this could put that look on a 996.
