Can anyone tell me what this 19" wheel is? It's a 2 pc wheel according to my tire guy. He thought it was an older porsche option and another guy told me an old Champion.

Those look like the Champion RG5b series.
There were a lot of eBay knockoffs at one point. Only way to know if they're true Champions and thus forged is to either weight them or look for the stampings on the back of the spokes.
