I did it to my C5 and Viper. PO of my M3 did it and it held up for over 20k miles. It's a great product if you don't want to permanently change your wheels' finish.

Just paint it. I did mine on several cars and have lasted the whole time without fading or touching up.

I just did my winter DD A4 wheels and they look great, the wheels were really scratched up by the previous owner, I sanded the very worst of the damage and 3 cans later they look brilliant, very pleasing result for a couple of hours work.

Really considering doing a color change on my Innsbruck wheels now
