Default LUK Clutch

Just ordered a LUK clutch kit and guess what was inside? Turns out that LUK and Sachs have some agreement and interchange their parts. I know LUK and Sachs are OEM clutch suppliers to Porsche, Audi, etc. and LUK is the OEM flywheel supplier to Porsche.

The LUK kit was $340 shipped from partsgeek.

That's a great deal! The Sachs kit over there is $530. Nice buy!

Thanks for the tip; I ordered one as a spare (the clutch is currently fine), but this price was more than attractive. Mine came with the Sachs disk as well.

Looks like they're out of stock! After I ordered, there were still 2 left, lol. What a difference a new clutch makes....my clutch pedal was sticking and then it started slipping...

I spoke too soon. I ordered one for a 3.4, and I need a 3.6. If you need one for a 3.4, and you're in the continental US, I'll sell you mine for $340.
