I'm curious why you are looking for either a turbo or a non-turbo.
Seems like those are very different from one another. Are you simply looking for AWD?
I have an '01 C4 Cabriolet that is Lapis/Savannah and tiptronic. 54K miles.

 

I am sure you will not find a 02-05 turbo with under 50k miles for $35k... For a turbo try $40-45
