Does anybody know what the part number is for the matching headlight unit with part number 996.631.163.11

Lights are UK right hand drive.

996.631.164.11 is right side headlight for the RHD '99-

While I'm at it , what is the difference between a headlight with part number 996.631.164.10 and 996.631.164.11 ??????
