My dad just called me, he swears he is driving next to a new GT3. My first reaction was that it was a C2 with a body kit, but he said it had the wheels, red calipers, and no backseats!! He said its brand new with a temp tag (not a press plate)!! Did they get released?? I told him I thought they were still on hold, but this car sounds like the real deal....that or someone put a bit of work into it (I didn't think you could get those wheels yet thought?). Does this sound right?? or are they still at port??

I spoke to the dealer 5 minutes ago, they are still at port. Maybe it was a car owned by PCNA.

They are supposed to be released this week but have not as far as I've heard. It would take a couple days to get to FL from Baltimore even if they were released today. I think the manufacturers get special tags, so the fact the car had temp tags on it is something I can't explain.
