Default BEST CUP HOLDER

Team,

Need your advise on the best cup holder for a 2000 996 C2. I actually like the fact that these types of widgets were not blindly added to Porsches this year; yet need a place for morning coffee. Thoughts?

Walmart $5.00 -Tucks in between center-console and passenger seat. I used it on a 928, 986, and current. The ultimate Porsche cup holder.

It is such a simple looking device, but it really works well. Keeps a cup very secure. I have long arms and so I put it on the passenger side of the console and I find it handy there.

+1 on the ultimatecupholder. It's metal, matches the interior, and doesn't look like cheap walmart plastic. Also, it holds the drink low (on the floor), away from seats, electronics, etc.

On board as well with the Ultimate cup holder. Placed an order for 2 after reading everyone's positive recommendation. We shall see.....

Also +1 for the Ultimate. Have had the same one now since 2000. Fits nicely in the corner of the seat/console near my right thigh. Don't even know it's there.

I have the ultimate. I ordered 2 but only use one. It goes on the passenger-side of the transmission hump...drink is within reach but out of the way.

Passenger doesn't get a cupholder, but then she's not steering and shifting, is she?

I think Gator's avatar would make a fine cup holder...

Ordered one! I have the GT3 center console delete, so sucks not having a cup holder for months.

For sure go for the Ultimate Cup holders, they are strong and sturdy, yet very simple design, perfect... I have them on my BMW cars as well, very happy with them. Cheers,
