My car is arctic but I think Polar Silver is the best color for the 996. Love the blue hue.

Today I happen to see a Polar Silver 996 MK1 coupe roll by. It looked much more light blue metallic than silver. To me, Arctic has way more appeal.

My previous 911 was a Polar silver 993. I wasn't crazy about it when I first saw the car until I opened the door and saw the Midnight Blue interior. I thought it was a great combination. Since then I've seen numerous 911s with Polar over Black and it doesn't look as good to me. I like the Arctic silver cars but they're just so common.

Last year I was looking at a Polar Silver C4 with a light grey interior and I thought that was a good color combo.

My mistake guys. My car on the left is Polar but my friends car to the right is meridian silver, not artic.
