Roadsession, our reports are very similar down to the same oil. I'm at ~60k miles now and the engine burns some oil (it does that since new).

With only 23k, yours is barely broken in

Happy to share but I can't offer any commentary even on the type of oil in the sample (maybe M1?) as this sample was from the first oil change after buying the car. welcome any comments from the audience...

I've been getting an oil analysis since I changed to DT40. The 1st sample was 3000 miles after changing from Mobil 1 (Note: I did not do a complete flush), the second at 500 miles was pulled through dipstick (wanted a control low mileage sample), the third was at my normal 3000 mile change and the 4th I wanted to go closer to the universal average of 3600 miles.

TBN of 7 shows there to be a lot of life left in the oil.

What oil are you using? My old eyes can't seem to spot it on the sheets.

M1 till next change (every 6 months) then Mutual.
When the new motor arrives from FSI it will then be DT-40.

On some of the reports, the iron content "Universal Averages" is higher than findings on some of the reports posted here.
The reports seem to be half of average
What does this mean? Less miles on the oil?

That would be my guess.
