Not affiliated with this car or the dealership, but when I stopped by Jim Ellis Porsche in Atlanta today, a guy was trading in a nice 996 C4S. My understanding is that it had an aftermarket exhaust, and that the car is going to have its clutch replaced at the dealer before they resell it. Might be a good time to have the LN bearing installed. 2003 w/ 51k miles.

Good time to sell a 996, not the best time to buy. The first of the 9A1 997.2 are starting to come off warranty and offered CPO. Prices on everything below will be coming down soon.

Cars like this one (enthusiast owned) will be a bargain in 2014. And I predict plenty more trade-ins.
