Default 14 days 3200 miles - Not a single problem

I've just had an amazing holiday in my 996. I thought I'd share a few pics with you all!

My journey was as follows:
- Edinburgh to Birmingham
- Birmingham to Folkestone
- Calais to Brugge
- Brugge to Bonn
- Bonn to Nurburgring
- Nurburgring to Baden Baden
- Baden Baden to Zurich
- Zurich to Simplon Pass
- Simplon Pass to Monza
- Monza to Monte Carlo
- Monte Carlo to Nice
- Nice to Avignon
- Avignon to Lyon
- Lyon to Orléan
- Orléan to Amiens
- Amiens to Calais
- Folkestone to Birmingham
- Birmingham to Edinburgh

Before I left I changed oil, filters, brake fluid, pads, spark plugs, spark plug coils, AOS and repair exhaust with new gaskets, clamps and had silencers (mufflers) welded up, oh and a new set of Michelin PS2s.

It was raining in Germany pretty heavily, so only got up to 140/150 on the autobahn, top speed on Nurburgring was 130, fastest lap 11:30, which is slow, but I was overtaking GT2s, Aston Martins etc in the rain, which was a lot of fun!

I'm only 200 miles from 50k on the odometer now though!

Every great road trip starts with the first mile KK. Try it. Just once.

Drive a mile that is.

OP...great pics and itinerary. Thanks for sharing!

Thanks for your wonderful pics of your trip. And you even drove it in the rain on the track and it didn't rust or break? So nice to have a positive post from a Porsche owner. Not surprised that KK had something to comment about...in the negative as usual.
