Eisen IMS Class Action

I received forms in the mail today - unsolicited - to opt into the Eisen IMS Settlement/class action

Has anyone else here seen this? If so, pro or con thoughts?

FWIW, my '03 is running well, with no issues. I have explored several of the aftermarket "fixes" but have yet to find one that my Indy (Richard Danvers) has any confidence in.
