Does the oil pressure drop to 0 momentarily? Most likely your oil pressure sender acting up. Extremely common problem and covered here many times. Mine go about every 25k miles.
A few diy links if you search. You need a crow foot wrench (19mm I think but pls check), a long extension and a ratchet. Go from the bottom right wheel well with wheel removed.
