Default Cab interior water issues

I've searched here, but haven't found the answers I'm looking for. I'm assuming my issues with my 00 Cab are related to either the drain tubes or door membranes, but when it sits in a steady rain for a while, I find that the very base of the carpeted areas of my doors get really wet! In short, where are/how do you get to the drain tubes(cleaning suggestions)? Any pointers on removing the door panels and what to look for/repair the membranes? Thanks in advance for any guidance on the issue!

Start by clearing the drain tubes. This is the most likely cause.

If it is just the doors clean the drains on the bottom of the doors and check that the membranes are sealed around the edges and any openings with no rips/holes.
