Clutch pedal Getting Stuck
I bought a 1999 Porsche 911 3.4L c2 with 95,000kms, clutch was quite worn out, so I got my clutch changed and put a new dual mass flywheel in(original everything). picked up my car and the clutch pedal got stuck halfway trying to leave the parking lot(had to pry it up with foot) I pumped it a few times and it seemed to work fine, this is my first ever clutch change and I figured maybe just needed to get the fluid going.
5000kms or so in(and plenty of little pedal problems here and there), during a launch the clutch decided to get stuck halfway again and caused my clutch to burn up almost killing it completely (drives like **** now, grabs at very tip of pedal vs bottom as well)
Is it possible for a clutch to get stuck halfway?? I was thinking maybe I was doing something wrong since its my first Porsche, but iv never had this problem with any other manual and now im suspecting it was installed wrong or slave master cylinder went bad?
- I don't "ride" the clutch or anything along those lines

Check your salve cylinder and then the master. Slave is the more common fail point on cars though.
Had one go before which caused the pedal to stick at the bottom of its travel. If it's not leaking, it could still have some kind of internal damage which is causing the erratic behavior.
Also maybe stop driving it till you get it fixed?

Three Wheelin'
From your description, it sounds like you had this clutch job done at a shop? (i.e. you paid someone else to do this job?) I'd start by taking it back and having them fix whatever it was they did incorrectly (or incompletely).
