The site is kahtec.com. No affiliation, by the way, other than being a fanboy.

Here is one you can do today...

Remove the rear bumperettes.
Scruff them up with a medium sandpaper.
Primer them.
Paint them to closely match the car.
Clear coat them.
Put them back in place and you just made the rear of your P-car look much better.

This is assuming you have the ugly black ones like my 99 had.

If you are at work bumperplugs.com might be a better choice. Anyone hiring engineers like me?

The only problem with those cost-effective under $500 mods is they can start to add up!

Some of my favorite "budget" mods:
  • H&R Sport Suspension Springs [$300]
  • 997 SSK [$170, used]
  • Guardian Jr. [$275]
  • Pioneer Radio / Polk speakers audio upgrade [$450]
  • Ecliptech Progressive Shift Light [$185]
  • Sprint Booster [$220]
  • Silicone Intake [$40]
  • GT3 Alignment [$100]
  • Color matched bumper plugs ($25)
  • Window tint [$300]

Some budget mods which I didn't like and reverted back to stock:
  • Fister mod (I guess I just don't love loud exhausts...)
  • No smoker kit (The flip-up cover for the 'ashtray' gives a more finished appearance than the useless shallow recess the no smoker kit gives you)
