make sure you keep an eye on the siskyou mountain pass weather if you are traveling south from seattle on I5 - it can get very nasty very quickly - if you want some beautiful driving roads in and around near calistoga & napa calif hit me up.

i've done the drive 20x from seattle to SF/LA over the past 25 years.

Groove - thanks for the heads up. Plans may be changing to skip LA and come directly to Dallas. My architect in Socal is slow pedaling.

I happened across this one on Pelican. Always loved this color and a friend there was able to inspect it. It was the right car, situation and price. Good luck on your search.

Were you looking for a particular color combination or are there just that many dogs out there that you had to look outside of your market to find a good one?

Scarlett is tucked away and in good company on an undisclosed island. Work comittments now pushing the trip out until mid March. Dammit.

Too bad, but it is something worth looking forward to. Keep us posted once the time arrives.
