H&R coilovers were a great upgrade as well. Corner speed and grip have improved dramatically with the lowered ride height, corner balance and aggressive alignment.

Worst: Tequip roll bar. The bar will not allow a tall driver to push seat back or recline. What a waste of time and money. Going to buy the new GMG bar instead.
I've got the GMG roll bar in my '03 C4S. Very happy!

Best - Fister D's, I never get tired of the sound
2nd Best - iPod touch integration

Others -
Aluminum gauge rings
Mod to allow raising/lowering of Cab top while moving.
Swapped out pumpkins
Mod to make side markers blink with turn signals
A set of winter wheels/tires (Thanks for the link, Ivangene)
Silverstar lamps (not ultras, which I think are too bright)
Magnetic Oil plug (LNE)
Spin-On Oil Filter adapter (LNE)
X51 Oil Pan
Low Temp Thermostat
a couple of 3-letter items

Worst -
Paint modification by a 20 foot aluminum ladder
Bumper modification by a lawn chair (one of us was doing 80 mph)

TIA

Cat bypass pipes. Love the sound, and feels like the car breathes much better on the freeway, but sweet suffering christ, the fumes make it impossible to drive with the windows down. I'm throwing the cats back on as soon as my clamps arrive from Pelican Parts.

Also changed out my K&N snorkel intake for a 997 3.8 box with a K&N drop in filter. K&N snorkel "cold air" filter was a bit too noisy for me, and now I'm getting used to hearing the sound of the engine again, instead of the sound of the intake.

Mods I've done that I'm happy with:
-Fabspeed Exhaust
-GT3 console delete
-GT3 steering wheel
-Alcantara shift boot and updated shift ****
-997 3.8 air box (just looks better, and easier to clean)
-19" wheels
-H&R Coilovers
-997 front end conversion
-997 style mirrors
-Ducktail engine lid

Best mod on my C2 was removing the clutch booster spring. It was easy and didn't cost anything and made the car much more enjoyable to drive all the time especially in stop and go heavy traffic.

Other mods I've liked are the PSE, heavier rear sway bar, grey marker lights, 911 rear emblem

Best mod's:

PSE - love the sound and never turn it off (should have just gone for Fister D's but was worried about leaving home in the early hours which is the only time I close the valves)
2010 GT3 Shifter
Painted brake calipers red
Replaced pumpkins with clear side lights

Worst mod's - none so far.

Took me a while to sort out but the Super Charger in place from TPC is frankly quite awesome. 100+HP is 'noticeable'.

Coil-Overs, make the car super tight, but are a bit bone-jarring.

TPC sway bars and stage 4 suspension are tunable and make the car handle more-so, on rails.

Fister-D exhaust - Sweet!

19 inch wheels also increased handling/tightness.

Next up, the iPad Mini integration for better sound and functionality. Link here.

I'm not sure what you mean exactly but here's a pic of what the regular 997 and 997 ssk come with.

There are two linkages at the bottom of the shifter console as shown in the attached image of the shifter bottom view, one linkage on each side, the pre-owned shifter console I got did not have the one connecting to the ball at the bottom of the shift arm and the passenger side shift rod, which looks like the one in the close-up image.

I find this odd since any wear on this linkage will nullify much of the benefit of a new shifter console, I'm hearing conflicting information from local shops and wanted to check with you folks to see if your console had both linkages.

Yours should've came with both linkages. If you look at the pic, you can see both intact. This is how it comes new from Porsche.
