Default MK1 Aero Kit: does it have a different rear bumper?

Hi All,

For the factory MK1 Aero Kit, is there a different rear bumper?
...or is it just the regular bumper, then "add" the rear, bumper side skirts?

My MK1 Aero Kit rear bumper was damaged and needs to be replaced.
The part numbers on the bumper are:
996-505-211-00 (USA)
996-505-211-01 (German)

Porsche dealers are having trouble with those numbers, so the body shop is having a hard time tracking down a replacement. Any thoughts?

Thanks!!

The rear bumper is the same for cars with or w/o the Aerokit.
The "GT trims" could be added to the L and R side of that bumper.

The nr on the part itself is not always the same as the actual part nr.

GT3 Tek has a rear bumper (poly) and diffuser that can be applied.

As per my avatar, I have the "Aero Kit 1 GT Trims" . It is good to hear that the bumper is stock.
I will be back in action soon...

BTW - The car got damaged by a tow truck.

Most Tow Truck drivers are slow and dim witted when it comes to proper car care.... All they want is to hook it a go.
