Going to a Standard 997 Shifter. Looking for a Shift Alignment Tool.
I bought a 997 shifter to put in my Boxster S. From all my searching it appears a lot of folks here have done the same switch with good results.
It appears that I need a Shift Alignment Tool (shown below courtesy of Suncoast). They are pretty cheap at $13 plus shipping, but before I bought one I thought I would check here first and see if anyone would like to loan me one. TIA.

I should have one at the shop that you're welcome to have, I can check tomorrow.
You can get by w/out it btw, if you're mechanically inclined w/this sort of thing.

I'll close this thread out with a big thanks to Patrick (socalgt3). He was kind enough to loan me the tool and the shifter was installed without issue. Gotta love this place.
