Default Car cover recommendation

I usually keep my car covered when in the garage to keep the dust off. I got the current cover with the car and it is tearing in several places.

Any recommendations on covers?

Thanks,

Ted

depending how insane you are about your cars finish, covering your car can in fact scratch it,so be careful when picking a cover, you garage the car so go with a lighter cover and make sure the car is cleaned before putting it on,try Covercraft evolution model......good luck

Get an indoor cover that is soft and stretches. California car cover is the best. I would only use the cover if car is stored for months. For weekend driver, I would get a duster with detailing spray to keep it spotless between washes.

For those that want the best outdoor cover, California car cover has the storm proof cover. It is a single ply soft material that keeps water and sun out. Best cover there is.

Silver guard and evolution are decent covers but they aren't the best. I have had it all.

In my experience Silver Guard is no good. I now have a NOAH cover which I love, for indoors or out.

What's wrong w silver guard? The Porsche oem one is too tight but getting aftermarket is the way to go. It is not as bulky as Noah / evolution

I've had 4 silverguards over 10 years. Never an issue.

I like the silverguard, only use indoor, but I am curious to ear people giving good reference for outdoor convers.

The silverguard fits very nicely and is nicely finished.

For indoor cover that is good with dust, I would recommend Covercraft DUSTOP car cover. You may want to check coverquest.com out they carry that cover and many others.
