Default Need an in-tank fuel pump

My tune shop (fftec) had to give up after 452 HP because the fuel pump couldn't handle any more velocity. Does anyone know of an in-tank pump for a 2003 C4S that will handle more flow? I have the newer EV6 fuel injectors and the VFE supercharger. The pump suggested by FFTec was way too loud, a street pump that can increase flow by 20% would be optimal. Thanks :-)

I have the same car. Could you kindly post a pic?

Im sure some will say I give a bad opinion but would you be better to use what they suggest and find a way to make it less noisy?

If your sure the lines are adequate, maybe you can use the high volume GT2 pump? #996-620-057-91 (sorry, I dont have the specs)

Bosch -044 into place of the original one. Use the OEM plastic sump, just replace the pump. If you're not technically challenged it's Saturday afternoon's job with basic tools. And quite straightforward too.

The "Porsche OEM 996 GT2 High Flow Fuel Pump 01-05" sounds perfect! Vivid Racing has it for only $651.24, and I've worked with Dan Mermelstein many times in the past. I'll give the info to my shop. Thanks!

As for pictures, I don't think I have the proper permissions. But I'll walk through the steps if you can point me to the pics-for-dummies link...

just use one of these. Mine will be here friday. I'll post somebetter close up pictures for you. Your factory fuel pump just fills up the tank and the dual pumps pump from the surgetank to the fuel rail then it returns to the surgetank. if your just going to run a gasoline fuel you can even get away with the single pump inside the surge tank and run an aeromotive pump. I ordered the dual bosch 044 pumps like the picture below.

bty are you getting 452 whp off the dyno? do you have any graphs that you can share? also how many lbs of boost are you running?

here is another with similar setup
