Default 996 rear bumper side wings?

I looked but couldn't find it other than someone mentioned maybe manufactured by TechArt, but couldn't find them neither.

I don't mind replica version at all, someone direct me to the url where I can find them?

Thanks in advance!

That's the optional smoke screen doors right? Hit the switch and oil is sprayed on the exhaust and road laying a slick and smoke screen right? The panels pressing out into the wind helf waff the smoke to both sides getting better coverage.

I agree with Krazy K. It looks like a bodykit that goes on a honda. Its too bulky then again its just me.

I'm a fan of aero kits but can't seem to embrace this one. Other than the look is there some sort of aerodynamic value it brings?

when I had my car I thought about those - i originally thought OMG those look awful

but I have grown to really like them and they are not something you see everyday - however I have seen 2 of them in the last week

I really like them AS LONG as you have the whole set up (front, sides, tail)
and they are functional from what I have read

There's local guy selling oem ones for almost half of brand new.

Fwiw, it took me forever to find some OEM ones when I was looking. I too think they look somewhat ugly and "slapped together" somewhat. However, I do think it "completes" the factory aero kit and balances out the height of the rear bumper with the rest of the body.

Thought about putting the GT3tek rear apron back there but the rear sides don't match the smoother lines of the oem gt3 sideskirts.

My $.02

Took factory delivery and was surprised at this aerokit addition. Explaination was that it reduced the Cd.

Hmmm, dunno about that but I really do hope it's true. For the little pieces they are, they are quite heavy. They pretty much offset the weight savings of the aftermarket mufflers I put on.

The ONE thing Porsche REALLY messed up on with this piece is the alignment of the rear gt trim piece to the indented line on the bumper. the top of the gt trim doesn't cover up or even run in parallel to the factory indent line in the factory bumper. That to me is a no no from a manufacturer like Porsche.
