Good thing I decided to install the passenger side before attempting to resell these. It doesn't fit! My thoughts were that I would just live with the sound for a few days while I go get my stock cans "PSE Hacked" and order some Cat Delete pipes. Well the passenger barely makes it over the pipe. Good reason to return them.

Also, I took a quick clip of a cold start....just too loud. Funny thing is it doesn't sound that loud with the iPhone mic, but it's much louder in person. I didn't even want to rev it too much because I felt embarrased.

Here's a pic in stock form.... I just picked her up a few weeks ago. I got the windows lightly tinted, installed the K&N Intake, Installed updated LED Taillights, OEM european sidemarkers, and now these crappy bypass pipes.

H&R Coilovers just got here sitting in the box, LED 3rd brake light, Roderick RW6, Alumi guage rings, Aluminum Pedals all sitting here waiting to be installed.

Very nice. Great find. I really like the seal grey ones.

Hey, what LED tail lights are those? They might be the only ones I've ever seen that look pretty decent...

I notice there are several for the C2 996. None for the C4S. Not fair at all.

These are the Depo/Dectane ones that look OEM. I've had pretty good luck with Depo on my previous euro cars and I thought these looked the most OEM. They give an updated look from behind. You can pick them up from eBay.

Bypass pipes work fine for me. Had them on over a year.

^ best part is when you hit the fuel cut on redline...it starts to crackle and pop with enough violence to set off alarms and scare anyone in a 1 block radius.

maybe true - but worst part is sounding like a tractor at anything below 4k rpm for a 6 block radius

The bypass really are a life choice.... you will loose tons of torque under 4k rpm... For track use... You will love them.

I can handle the tires being silent in fast turn but a louder exhaust might be too inviting for a ticket giver.

My last ticket on my bike was $500 so I don't need to see those biased tax collectors again.
