Here's a handy video for mk1 bumper removal. mk2 cars are virtually the same, with a few more screws and pins to remove:

It looks great Derek. Incredible how junk can make it's way in there, i notice all this gum also, been on the track lately.

Cleaned out my rads today and redirected the frunk release while I was in there. There must have been 15 years of crap in there. I feel like I gave the car an enema. Rhino ramps made it really easy to get to the screws in the bottom of the bumper cover.

I did This to my turbo and the dash temp came down some. I recommend everyone clean them up if they suspect it's never been done.
