Default IMS bearing seal removal

I've got a new souvenir. How is the seal installed in these things? Do I clamp one end and unscrew the bolt to disassemble or just pry the seals out with something sharp? The bearing is a double row and in great condition after 153000kms - it still turns butter smooth, just a little engine oil seeping out. I'm curious to see the internal condition and or how close to the end of the world I was near, (or not). New LN installed so one less issue to worry about.

I used a small screwdriver to pry the seal out of mine.

A sharp knife point pried under the inside edge and worked around will generally work.
